We do not promise any particular result, time saving or revenue outcome from using Command Centre.
3. Pricing
Prices shown are in Australian dollars. We are not registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Prices may change at any time before you sign a Client Services Agreement. The price in your signed agreement applies.
4. Third-party tools
Command Centre works with third-party platforms (such as Google, Anthropic Claude and Zapier). We are not responsible for those platforms, their pricing, their availability or their terms.
5. Intellectual property
The content, design and materials on this site belong to us or our licensors. Do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
